In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "777y" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 777y.today and all associated services, applications, and content.
• "Platform" means the 777y website, mobile-optimised interface, and all game software made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual user through the 777y registration process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a player's 777y account, inclusive of real-money funds and any active bonus funds.
• "Real Money" means Pakistani Rupee (PKR) funds deposited by the player through an approved payment method, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 777y pursuant to an active promotion, subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process 777y may require before processing withdrawals or at any other time.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League, the domestic T20 cricket franchise competition, as referenced in the 777y sportsbook context.

2.1 By accessing or using any part of the 777y platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting support — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms are effective immediately upon your first use of the 777y platform. Your continued use of 777y following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2.3 If you are accessing the 777y platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 777y Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777y.

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain a 777y account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing 777y from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 777y, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the 777y platform for any reason.

3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. 777y relies on this information for KYC verification and account recovery purposes.

3.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 777y account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different devices, or different IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 777y reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason for the refusal.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777y account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

4.2 Any activity conducted through your 777y account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been carried out by you personally. 777y accepts no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 You must notify 777y immediately through the Support page if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4.4 KYC Verification. 777y reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of registered mobile number ownership, and source of funds documentation for large deposit or withdrawal amounts.

4.5 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal access and may lead to account closure in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.6 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 777y account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

5.1 Currency. All 777y account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to player transactions.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 777y currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability is subject to change — current options are displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal request.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 777y account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance, which may take up to one (1) business day.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. 777y does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification for amounts above the minimum KYC threshold;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been fully satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount must equal or exceed the stated minimum withdrawal amount;
• The requested withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your name — 777y does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.6 Source of Funds. 777y is obligated under international gaming license standards to ensure that funds deposited on the platform are not proceeds of criminal activity. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for any deposit that triggers our internal anti-money laundering thresholds.

6.1 777y offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions such as PSL cricket specials. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount applies to all bonus funds before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all 777y games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced percentage. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

6.4 Maximum Bet Restriction. While completing a bonus wagering requirement, the maximum permitted single bet or stake is PKR 500 (or the equivalent in chips), unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. 777y actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to minimise wagering requirement exposure, collusion between multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses more than once. Suspected bonus abuse will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

6.6 All bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of 777y. 777y reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted by players in good faith.

7.1 All 777y casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and fishing games are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market on the platform.

7.2 Fairness. All 777y casino and slot games utilise certified random number generation (RNG) systems sourced from providers operating under international gaming license standards. 777y does not modify game mechanics, payout rates, or RNG outputs.

7.3 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets on 777y — including all PSL cricket markets, international cricket markets, and other sports — are subject to the 777y Sportsbook Rules, which govern bet settlement, void conditions, minimum and maximum stake limits, and in-play betting restrictions. These rules are available on the platform.

7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during any 777y gaming session, 777y reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed system malfunction are not payable.

7.5 Final Decision. In all disputes concerning game outcomes, system errors, or bet settlement, the decision of 777y's technical team, based on server-side records, is final and binding.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777y platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating more than one account (multi-accounting) regardless of the method used to circumvent detection;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 777y platform;
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in multi-player gaming environments;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 777y platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposited funds;
• Using the 777y platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Systematically abusing bonus programmes in the manner described in Section 6.5;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interaction;
• Accessing the 777y platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology for the purpose of misrepresenting your geographic location;
• Reproducing, copying, selling, or commercially exploiting any 777y content without prior written authorisation.

8.2 Upon detection of Prohibited Conduct, 777y reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to: immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account; void all bets and casino game results recorded under the account; forfeit the entire account balance including real-money and bonus funds; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

9.1 All content on the 777y platform — including but not limited to the 777y name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, promotional materials, software code, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777y or its licensed content providers.

9.2 Your 777y account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777y platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not confer any rights to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any 777y content.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of 777y's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings.

10.1 777y provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted, error-free access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors, delays, or interruptions.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777y's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the player's net deposited funds in the six-month period preceding the claim; or (b) PKR 50,000.

10.3 777y expressly excludes liability for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds or game information; and losses arising from circumstances beyond 777y's reasonable control including network failures, power outages, or force majeure events.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 777y's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by 777y itself.

11.1 777y is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following player protection tools are available within every 777y account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts — effective immediately upon confirmation;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on your gaming session duration;
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net gaming position;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 777y account — effective immediately and irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

11.2 Requests to increase deposit or loss limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

11.3 777y reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without requiring the player's prior consent.

12.1 777y collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during account registration and during ongoing use of the platform, in accordance with the 777y Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to your personal data.

12.2 Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and — where you have given consent — marketing communications. Your data is never sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

13.3 Your continued use of the 777y platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming license standards under which 777y operates. Where a specific dispute involves the application of local regulations affecting a player's jurisdiction, 777y will endeavour to resolve such matters in good faith.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 777y platform, you are encouraged to first contact the 777y support team via the Support page. The support team will attempt to resolve your complaint within five (5) business days of receipt.

14.3 If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through direct support contact, you may escalate the matter to 777y's formal complaints process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." 777y will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and issue a final decision within twenty-eight (28) days.

14.4 The dispute resolution process in this Section does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law of your personal jurisdiction.
